Central to everything we do at Homeworx is our quality. Every person and every corner of the company understands quality standards and the importance of producing a home that the client loves and we can be proud of.

Hawkes Bay’s Most Awarded Home Building Company
Since introducing these quality standards Homeworx has gone from strength to strength. This can be measured through the Registered Master Builders’ House of the Year Awards. Over the past ten years Homeworx have won over 70 awards, including nine in the 2006 Hawkes Bay Awards and an unprecedented thirteen awards in 2007. The 2007 haul included two gold medals (the first time any Hawkes Bay company has received more than one gold medal), four category winners and the peoples’ choice award.
This was topped in 2008 with what is thought to be an all time record by any company in New Zealand with a total of sixteen awards which included five category winners, three gold medals, a gold reserve award and the Hawkes Bay Supreme Award.
Add to this the 2009 awards won, which once again included a record breaking four gold medals, and there is now no other single office building company in New Zealand that has won as many awards as Homeworx Design and Build Limited.
