HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
1. Dream Home Consultation
Homeworx will kick-start your new home dreams with a complimentary consultation. This obligation-free meeting typically lasts 1 hour and is valued at $285.
2. Grand Design Reveal
When your concept design is done we’ll reveal it to you in 3D virtual reality on our large office screen. Your dream home will literally appear right before your eyes with detailed interior and exterior views so you can see exactly what it will look like. We’ll also email you a link so you can view your home again at your leisure and share it with your friends.
3. Colour Your Home - Interior Design
Once you’re happy with your home and estimate, our in-house interior designer will take you out for a day. She will work with you to finalise choices for your fixtures and fittings, help with your kitchen design and help you choose an awesome colour scheme that will make your house feel like your home.
4. Contract
To ensure your dream home doesn’t become a financial nightmare, Homeworx will prepare a comprehensive contract so there are no grey areas. Your contract will include a copy of your detailed quote, payment schedule and 10 Year Master Build Guarantee.
5. Construction Stage
Before we start construction on your new home, we’ll hold a pre-construction meeting where you meet the key members of your building team. We’ll review your plans and specifications together so we know all of your home’s important details. We’ll keep you regularly informed of progress during construction and we will log you into Wizard, our quality control checklist with access to projected construction timelines and scheduling.
6. Move In
Before you move in, your new home will be professionally cleaned, including the windows, inside and out, so you can simply move in and start enjoying it.
All construction locks will be changed and we will give you all your keys. If your new home includes an alarm, it will be recoded to your own personal code.
7. Live The Dream!
Once you move into your home we don’t forget about you. We return after 30 days and do a full maintenance inspection and promptly attend to any issues we find so your home looks as good as the day it was finished!
