WHAT DO YOU DO?
We specialise in designing and building quality homes that suit your section, your lifestyle, and your budget. We take care of the entire process from design through to completion and everything in between, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the fun and excitement of building your dream home.
IS THERE A SQUARE METRE RATE?
We don’t like to give a square metre rate as it can set you up with false expectations as every home varies in price.

Instead, we like to get you in for a complimentary Dream Home Consultation. We’ll carefully listen to all your new home ideas and make sure we understand your expectations and what is important to you. We’ll then help you through the process of clarifying your vision, assessing your budget, and creating a plan to turn your new home dreams into reality.
IS THERE A LONG WAIT TIME TO BUILD?
When we start designing, we schedule your home into our schedule for a time that is your predicted start date. We’ve been operating locally for 25 years now and with that comes great relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Paired with systems and processes we’ve developed over 25 years; it enables us to keep a steady momentum through our pipeline and keep builds consistently flowing through without long wait times.
HOW LONG IS THE DESIGN/PREBUILD PHASE?
After you meet with our New Home Consultant, we will kick start the process. The pace of the planning phase is controlled by how fast your decisions can be made. When you work from one of our pre-designed range of plans, the process is a lot faster as most of your decisions have already been made.
HOW LONG WILL MY BUILD TAKE?
Each home is as individual as you are. Once you meet with our new home consultant, we will assess your project and give you a rough estimate on how long your build will take. In a perfect world, build schedules would run according to plan, without delays or pushbacks. There is a multitude of factors that can delay any build, a supply issue and bad weather are good examples.

​It pays to have realistic expectations on the time frame of your build from the get-go. Once your build starts, we’ll keep you up to date with our online software so you can see progress as your new home is built.
DO YOU HAVE ANY HOME AND LAND PACKAGES?
We currently have two home and land packages available in Parklands. You can view them here.
If you have a section in mind our New Home Consultant may be able to put a Home Land package together for you - just give us call or come visit us at 336 Meeanee Road, Napier.
I DON'T HAVE A SECTION OR LAND, CAN YOU HELP?
Certainly, our New Home Consultant, has very good knowledge around the current and upcoming developments as well as what sections are readily available on the market.
I HAVE PLANS, CAN YOU QUOTE AND BUILD THEM FOR ME?
Absolutely, we can create an estimate for your design, and we will even include and price specifications like carpet, door handles, bathroom fittings etc. It gives you a good understanding that your plans are suited to your budget. If the cost of your home works out more expensive than you initially thought, we can give you recommendations on how to bring the budget down through thoughtful design changes. *Fees may apply
DO YOU DO TURN KEY BUILDS?
Our homes are all fully completed to the plans and specifications agreed in your contract. We take care of the entire process from design through to completion so when you get the keys to your new home, the painter isn’t walking out the back door as you open the front. We guarantee your home is 100% completed and ready for you to enjoy.
DO YOU DO FLOOD REPAIR/REBUILD?
Yes, we have already completed some rebuilds. Each one presents its own challenges but we work with you to ensure you get back into a safe and warm home as soon as practical.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
Certainly, we back what we say with our personal 9-point Trail Blazer Guarantee which gives you complete assurance and peace of mind throughout each and every stage, from designing through to building your dream home. A Ten-year Master Build guarantee is also automatically included with your building contract.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE QUALITY?
We’ve created our own unique system, a quality control software that contains a 210-point checklist of your build. Better yet, we give you your own login so that you can be kept up to date with the progress of your project without even needing to leave the house. It is cloud-based so you can stay up to date wherever you are.
